Stop Making Sense is back! Stop Making Sense is focusing on a rather simple grain bill of mainly Golden Promise, and then a touch of torrified wheat and Golden Naked Oats - both of which are providing a bit of sweet, crunchy texture to the beer. It was hopped in the kettle with Azacca and Sabro, which made for a very fruity and tropical aroma, even with a hint of coconut, which Sabro is known for. Dry-hopped with Simcoe and Citra to provide a fresh, vibrant, citrusy and piney backdrop to the sweetness.
