New England IPA, Hopped and Dry-Hopped with Simcoe Cryo, Azacca & Nelson Sauvin!
When we brewed Stratoketcher back in April, we made a few changes to our process for NEIPA’s - namely a new yeast, and increased dry-hop intensity. We think Stratokether was a big step in the direction we want our NEIPA’s go follow, so we took these steps, and tried our best to keep raising the bar.
This time we have a hop combo of Simcoe Cryo, Azacca and Nelson Sauvin, which lends a very delicious hop profile. You get a lot of dankness coming from both Simcoe and Nelson Sauvin, so lots of cannabis, green mango, passion fruit vibes in the aroma, and tonnes of juiciness in the taste.
We think this is a very nice follow-up, with a brighter hop-combo, and a slightly lower ABV of 6,5%.
