Neu School is the successor to the big success of Neu Zealand, where we took our Neu Pilsner recipe, and played around with New Zealand hops.
This time around - as the label so subtly suggests - we’ve been playing around with American hops - Mosaic and Citra. We still kept 50% Hallertau Mittelfrüh in the boil where Citra was also added, but dry-hopped this exclusively with American hops - Mosaic and Citra.
