This Modern West Coast Session IPA is brewed in collaboration with Gyrup Gårdmalt. We've used Gyrup Pilsner & Wheat Malt in this one, with a touch of Cara Pils from Best Malz. The hop combo consists of Simcoe, Mosaic, Ekuanot & Idaho-7 Cryo giving flavors of grapefruit, orange, pine and a soft dankness. A real thirst quencher!
