Super Symmetry is a Hazy Session IPA that follows a similar grist to Modern Man, with lots of oats & wheat. It is also a drier Hazy IPA, where hops get to shine, but with a touch more of a stone fruit yeast ester. The hops we've used are Simcoe, Amarillo & Idaho-7 Cryo, giving off flavors of ripe oranges, zesty citrus, slight earthy spice and dankness.
