Hazy Session IPA, Hopped and Dry-Hopped with Mosaic, Ekuanot & Idaho-7 Cryo!
Modern Man is our newest Hazy Session IPA, that similarly to Moonage Daydream, is a Hazy IPA where the hops get to take center stage. We hop the beer with Mosaic Extract in a cold whirlpool, along with a dosing of Ekuanot. For the dry-hop we used a big dosage of Idaho-7 Cryo, paired with Ekuanot. Expect dank weedy flavors, with floral nuances and notes of bubblegum, citrus & pine.
