Doo-Wop is a a big and fluffy New England-style DIPA, hopped with Mosaic Cryo, Idaho-7 Cryo and Simcoe. We’re getting intense peach aromas - lots of sweet tropical fruit as well, followed by a light grape and pine touch from the Simcoe.
With all this intense tropical character, we thought we’d give it a solid backbone of bitterness, and this has balanced out the beer very well, making Doo-Wop a nice and easy drinkable Double IPA.
